What to include, so the answer is useful
- Whether you were on simulation or live.
- The exchange and the pair.
- Roughly when it happened, with your timezone.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
Never send us a password, an API key, an API secret, a 2FA code or a webhook URL. We will never ask for any of them. Anyone who does is not us.
Response time
During early access there is no contractual response time. We would rather say so than publish a promise we have not tested. Security reports are read first.
