Private test version. Pulse Protocol is not open to the public yet: access is for testing and early access, by invitation only, and nothing is sold. It is operated by a company currently being incorporated in the Seychelles; its registration details will be published before any public commercial launch. The legal documents on this site are drafts that are not in force.
This document is a draft and is not yet in force. It describes Pulse Protocol during its private test and early-access phase: the company that operates it is currently being incorporated in the Seychelles, nothing is sold, and access is by invitation. Still to come: a review by a qualified lawyer. Everything else describes how Pulse actually works today.
Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Pulse Protocol, including this website and the terminal at app.pulseprotocol.co, is operated by a company currently being incorporated in the Seychelles, whose registered name, address and registration number will be published here before any public commercial launch ("we"). By creating or using an account you accept these Terms. The Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure are part of them.
2. What Pulse Protocol is
Pulse Protocol is a software tool that connects to cryptocurrency exchanges using API keys you provide, and places orders on your instruction: directly, or through the bots, presets and webhooks you configure. It is a tool, and nothing more.
3. What it is not
- It is not a broker, an exchange, or a custodian. It never holds your funds: they stay at your exchange throughout.
- It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or personal recommendations. Nothing shown in Pulse is a recommendation to buy or sell.
- It does not guarantee any result. Past performance, including anything shown in simulation or in statistics, does not predict future results.
4. Who may use it
You must be of legal age and have full legal capacity where you live, and you must be legally permitted to trade the instruments you trade from where you are. Pulse Protocol is not offered where its use is prohibited by the law that applies to you, to persons or in territories subject to international sanctions that apply to us, or to trade products that your exchange does not allow you to access. During early access, accounts are opened individually, on request.
5. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password, your two-factor device and your webhook addresses secret. Anyone holding a webhook address can fire what it is linked to.
- Real trading can only be enabled once two-factor authentication is on and the initial password has been changed.
- Tell us at once at stephan@pulseprotocol.co if you think your account has been used by someone else.
6. Your exchange keys and your orders
- You must create exchange API keys without withdrawal permission, and check those permissions directly with your exchange.
- You are responsible for every order placed through your account, including orders placed automatically by the bots, presets or webhooks you configured, exactly as you configured them.
- Your relationship with your exchange is governed by its own terms. It can reject, delay or fill an order at a price different from the one displayed.
7. Simulation
The simulation account uses real prices and fake money. It does not reproduce slippage or partial fills, and its results do not predict live results.
8. Acceptable use
You must not try to access other users' accounts or data, probe, overload or disrupt the service, get around its security or limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Availability and changes to the service
Pulse Protocol is in early access and is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, interrupted or changed without notice. Orders already placed at your exchange, including stop-loss orders, are not affected by our availability. Stops held in Pulse's monitor are, and the interface labels them watched-only so you can tell the difference.
10. Price
Early access is free. We collect no payment details, so nothing can be charged to you. If paid plans are introduced, their price and content will be published beforehand and will apply only if you choose to subscribe.
11. Third-party services
Pulse works with services it does not control: your exchange, and TradingView if you send alerts from it. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Pulse Protocol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TradingView or any exchange; their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
12. Intellectual property
The Pulse Protocol software, website and content belong to the operator. You may use them to manage your own trading under these Terms. Your data remains yours.
13. Liability
These Terms do not limit our liability. They state facts instead: Pulse never holds your funds, which stay at your exchange throughout; it cannot withdraw them; and it does not guarantee any result or return. What Pulse controls and what it does not is set out in sections 2, 3, 6 and 9 above and in the Risk Disclosure.
14. Suspension and closing an account
You may stop using Pulse and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers the service or other users, and we will tell you why.
15. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so by email and on this page before the change takes effect.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Seychelles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Victoria, Seychelles.
